We apply a sanitizing chemical mixture under extremely low pressure (similar to a garden hose) to kill Gloeocapsa magma, moss, mold, lichen, and algae at the root. We NEVER use high-pressure power washing on shingles, as high pressure will strip granules, void shingle warranties, and damage the structure.
